A calmer place
to keep everything
your pet needs.
Records, medications, appointments, documents, and the people who help you care — one warm, organized home for every pet. Built to lower the anxiety of caring well.

Mostly handled. One dose left.
The Problem
Right now, it lives nowhere.
A pet's life is recorded by many hands — vets, you, sitters, pharmacies — and needed by just as many. So it ends up scattered across clinic portals, group chats, your camera roll, and your memory. That's where the worry comes from.
What's Inside
One home for the whole picture.
Everything attaches to a pet. Pick one — or see them all — and the records, reminders, documents, and providers follow.
Health records
Vaccines, weight, vet visits and notes on one calm timeline — with current / due / overdue states you can trust at a glance.
Medications
Doses, schedules and refills — with a daily checklist so you never wonder “did you already give it?”
A home for the paperwork
Snap or upload vet summaries and vaccine cards. They live on the right pet's record — ready whenever a clinic asks.
Calendar & quiet reminders
One morning summary — never a daily nag. Real-time alerts fire only when something is actually overdue.
Nearby clinics & saved providers
When something feels off, find an open vet fast — and keep your groomer, sitter and pharmacy a tap away.
Your care circle
Share with a partner, family, or a sitter. Caregivers can log care and records; viewers just see. Rolling out during early access.
How It Works
Set up in minutes. Calm from there.
Add your pet
Name, species, a photo if you like. Three minutes, even without every document in hand — add the rest over time.
Bring the paper in
Snap vaccine cards and vet summaries. We read the dates, set the reminders, and file everything for you.
Let it stay quiet
Open Pawbase to one summary in the morning. The rest of the day, it stays out of your way until something needs you.
Emergency Card
The one screen you hope
you never need.
Allergies, medications, microchip, your vet's number, and who to call — one calm card you can open in seconds. Public sharing with a QR code is rolling out during early access.

FAQ
Fair questions.
Is Pawbase really free?
Yes — all of it, while we're in early access. No card, no locked features. If we introduce paid plans later, early users keep a generous free tier and get plenty of notice.
What can I track?
Health records, vaccinations, medications, reminders, appointments, notes, documents, expenses, and nearby clinics — everything attached to the right pet.
Can I share with family or a sitter?
Care-circle invites with roles (caregiver or viewer) are rolling out during early access. You can already set up your household in Settings.
Is my pet's data private?
Private by default. Nothing is public unless you explicitly share it, we don't run ads, and we never sell your data.
Can I take my data with me?
Anytime. Settings has a one-click export of everything as JSON, and you can delete your account — and all its data — yourself.
Does it work on my phone?
Pawbase is a web app that works on any modern phone, tablet, or computer — in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and German.
