Terms of Service

These terms keep things fair while Pawbase is in early access. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Pawbase is a web application for organizing pet care: records, medications, reminders, appointments, documents, expenses, and clinic search. During early access every feature is free. If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be told well in advance and will keep a generous free tier.

Not veterinary advice

Pawbase stores and organizes information you enter. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a veterinarian for health decisions, and call an emergency clinic in urgent situations.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You must be 16 or older to use Pawbase.
• Enter only content you have the right to store (your own pets’ documents and photos).

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, no scraping, no uploading unlawful content, and no use of the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Everything you store remains yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and display it back to you (and to people you explicitly share it with). You can export or delete it at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Early-access reality

Pawbase is provided “as is” while in early access. We work hard on reliability, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product matures. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, during early access, is nothing.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
