Pawbase is a place to keep your pet’s records private and organized. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep. The short version: your data is yours, it is private by default, we show no ads, and we never sell it.
Only to run Pawbase for you: showing your records, sending the emails you request (such as password resets), finding clinics near an address you provide, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your pets’ health data for advertising.
Data is stored in our database and file storage hosted with established cloud providers. Photos you upload are stored in private object storage. Clinic search uses mapping providers (Google Maps/Places, OpenStreetMap, Geoapify) — only the search query and coordinates needed for the lookup are sent to them.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your records are removed from the live database immediately; residual copies in backups expire on their normal rotation.
Pawbase is intended for users aged 16 and over.
We are in early access, so this policy will evolve; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Questions or requests: support@pawbase.app.
